HashKey Holdings Limited, a leading comprehensive digital asset company in Asia, announced that a fund managed by HashKey Capital, its asset management arm, has finalized an investment agreement with SignalPlus, a crypto asset derivatives trading service platform. Under the agreement, the fund led SignalPlus’s Series B+ funding round with a $40 million investment, of which HashKey Group contributed $20 million. Alongside this investment, HashKey will enter into a comprehensive strategic partnership with SignalPlus to jointly promote the long-term development of the industry.
