Interloom constructs a " context graph " by reading operational data such as enterprise work orders, customer service emails, and call logs to capture undocumented tacit business knowledge, providing decision-making references for AI agents and new employees. The product has already been implemented in large enterprises such as Commerzbank , Volkswagen , and Zurich Insurance for customer service and underwriting scenarios, and is used to measure and manage the actual execution processes and effectiveness of AI agents within the enterprise.
