'He's very angry': Explosive report warns Trump Cabinet purge may just be getting started

President Donald Trump may not be done shaking up his Cabinet after he gave Attorney General Pam Bondi the boot on Thursday, according to a new report.

One administration official "familiar with the dynamics" of the Trump White House told Politico that Trump has also expressed frustration with Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer, and that both could be removed from the administration imminently. Three people "with knowledge" of the president's thinking confirmed the rumors to Politico as well, according to the report.

“He’s very angry and he’s going to be moving people,” an administration official said.

The comments came just hours after Trump axed Bondi from her role as attorney general. Bondi had faced a mountain of criticism over her handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files, especially after the Department of Justice released files that redacted the names of abusers yet exposed information about Epstein's victims.

"No final decisions have been made on Chavez-DeRemer and Lutnick — and Trump has contemplated firing people and then backed off before," Politico reported.

"Should Trump proceed with a larger set of Cabinet changes, it could represent a major attempted reset for an administration confronting an ominous political landscape," the report added.
